Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI ordered 2 pairs of skis from Glisshop as the price for both was excellent compared to UK. The communication and process was straightforward. Glisshop built and despatched them very quickly (next day). Once they arrived in the UK (around 3 days later) parcelforce handled them. Arrived a day later, built exactly and packed very securely. If you are UK based don't hesitate ordering from Glisshop. Excellent all round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Verified reviewGood pricing, but frustrating that on a .co.uk website, boots are advertised in American Sizes. It is also very unfair, that there is no way to cancel an order other than by email. Emails are not monitored on a Sunday and the dispatch tema send things out on Monday morning before checking whether and order has been cancelled. This baiscally would have cost me two sets of delivery charges, had Royal Mail not lost the parcel anyway!

Regarding sizing, while we operate a .co.uk website to provide an experience in the language and market of our UK customers, some brands use different sizing standards, including US sizes. We do provide sizing information and conversion details on the website to help customers choose the correct size before ordering. Concerning order cancellations, our customer service team does not operate on Sundays. We are continuously working to improve our platform and processes. Although they were scheduled for dispatch on Tuesday, 28 November, an unexpected logistics issue meant that the carrier did not collect them until 3 December. Your parcel was then delivered on 11 December. We sincerely apologise for the unexpected delay in delivery and fully understand how frustrating this must have been. We are also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the communication from our customer service team.
