Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewHonestly, this company has been superb from the moment I made my order. It was dispatched very quickly and coming from France, I was kept updated with regard to tracking. It took less than a week to arrive. Their emails are super-informative. I bought 2 of the same item to get the correct fit and returning the an order was effortless with excellent and timely instructions. I would highly recommend Glisshop and I will certainly be a returning customer. In this day and age, excellent customer service is hard to find but Glisshop managed it.
