I like the styles and I thought the price point was reasonable given the quality of the product compared to other luxury brands on the market and considering the additional cost in sustainable products right now. unfortunately, it’s not cold enough to wear the coat I bought yet, but I’m looking forward to it when it is.

Ordered wrong size and customer service was excellent.Shoes are great, really stylish and well-made. what would make it perfect would be a closed loop system so I could send my old ones back for recycling.

Great selection of shoes and love that they are eco friendly. Would like to see a recycling scheme for used Ecoalf trainers. The only negatives - shipping was really expensive! So it massively increased the cost of the shoes, and the only option was DHL next day/speedy delivery which I never would have chosen but it was the only option for the shoes. They should also do half sizes as I think they come up a bit big (and this is my second pair of ecoalfs with same problem).

The website is easy to use. Only comment is on the product description, when I receive the coat I notice there was a mask integrated to the coat (clever idea by the way) but this was not reflected in the coat product information (at least I didn't remember reading it)

Terrible managing expectations: website said 24-48 h and it took a week. Also in this digital economy…. Charging 15 euros for delivery… thinks twice how you want to engage with your customers when providing online shopping experience. It feels the company is so pioneer for certain aspects and these others… almost out of character…
