Verified reviewOnly bought sandals so far. Amazing sandals, best I’ve ever had. So comfortable - wear them everyday from April to October walking miles and miles. They look great and last really well. Buying back up pair as don’t seem to be many left. Hope they are restocked soon.

Verified reviewExtremely high shipping costs, which Ecoalf refused to cover when I had to exchange the shoes I ordered online for a larger size. I established that I was a UK based customer, and the member of the Ecoalf team I was in contact with still recommended I visit my local store to make the exchange to avoid the fee. My local store is across an international border. The customer service team had little empathy or skill in helping me in this matter. I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Verified reviewI’ve only worn the coat once so far, I really like it… the color, the feel, and the lower zip opening up from the bottom. Be sure to make the correct order because I imagine it would be expensive to exchange. Customer service ii pleasant and helpful, they will respond by email if you have questions.
