I’ve purchased from Ecoalf before without any problems. However, I’m very disappointed this time with the delivery process. I understand this isn’t directly related to Ecoalf but DHL didn’t deliver on the day they promised and I had to stay home for 3 days in case of delivery. The email I received from DHL did not update the tracking so I was unable to determine when the delivery would be after the delivery date passed. Again I acknowledge this isn’t Ecoalf’s fault but I would like to draw it to their attention. I do love the way the package arrived though, no plastic in sight!

This was an item i missed when on sale and was then sold out. After being put on a list for when item became available i received notification from Ecoalf that the item was back in stock, and received item from Spain within 2 days! As with 5 other items i have purchased recently the journey from finding items on site to receipt was amazing. Would highly recommend

The coat arrived with a security tag attched. I emailed the customer services team and received no reply. I called and got no help otheer than the suggestion to send photos. I have done thiS but still have no further options. I can't wear the coat.
