Verified reviewShoes delivered about a week later than promised. AI bot customer service told me the package was sent even though it wasn't. Iffy operation, but I got my delivery eventually. Glad I don't have to deal with any type of reclamation, knock on wood.

Verified reviewI was pleasantly surprised with how quickly this item came, especially from another country. The packaging seemed flimsy, sending a designer handbag in a thin plastic delivery bag, however it had been wrapped nicely inside and came undamaged I would definitely order from here again. The discount price was phenomenal.

Verified reviewThis will probably fall on deaf ears, but here we go anyway. The item itself was fine, the delivery was 4 days late and consequently my son didn’t have a bag for his first day at school. I specifically bought through you because you could deliver in time so very disappointed. Having never left a bad review before, my hope in doing so is that more companies are pushed to be transparent about lead times on delivery so that we can all make informed decisions about where and who we purchase from. Sorry for the rant, but you asked! Have a nice day 😆
