Verified reviewThe website is still somewhat "clunky" and now they have done away with managing your account on a desktop, it has fallen below my expectations. It insists you download an app which is not what I want to do. Too many apps that you rarely use on your phone. At least give us the choice of managing your account on a desktop pc. Also, postage costs differ wildly. I was charged twice as much for ordering less to the same destination. It seems that postage costs are cheaper the more you order......a cynical marketing ploy as is the introduction of the app.

Verified reviewWhile the pricing is always good from TradeInn, delivery to the UK is always several days later than they say when ordering. This is consistently a problem, whether the purchase is from DressInn, BikeInn, TrekInn or any other associated division. These shoes were 5 days later than the delivery dates they said when purchasing and I’m currently waiting over a week later than the estimate for some bike tyres and they aren’t even in transit yet. If you don’t need your items anytime soon, this is a great place to shop.
