Verified reviewI have ordered complete Spearfishing equipment for 1.200€. They forgot to send 1 item out of 32 ordered and it was a snorkel, then they send it in another package and charge me the shipping cost one more time., but package didn’t arrived on time before my diving trip. So this was most expensive snorkel because shipping costs was almost as snorkel and I need to buy another one in local shop because of delay. Bad experience indeed.

Hello Igor, We truly regret the inconvenience caused. In case you have received a wrong product, you would need to submit a return request through your account, please. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, an item was missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture) Another option would be to reject delivery and the item will be returned automatically to us. The selection and ordering process were straightforward and helpful, whilst subsequently I received regular updates on the process of my order. The parcel arrived more rapidly from Spain than I expected. In fact, the whole experience was so good that I ordered again almost immediately. First class service- well done!
