Verified reviewOrder placed for goods 'In Stock' on 11th December, spent days at status 'on way to despatch centre', eventually went to status 'delay' and then again to 'might be out of stock' ... only automated response from customer service and impossible to change or add an actual replacement product. More than disappointing from a platform which had been reliable and efficient previously. CS doesn't seem to care.

Rest assured, our customers' experience is very important to us, which is why we have verified your case and identified the problem. We offer a wide variety of products, many of them are in stock in our logistics center for immediate shipment and others appear with a longer delivery date, which means they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an expected delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics center (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the shipping company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but sometimes, due to stock outages, duplicate orders and real-time working with stock, some items are shown in stock but may be out of stock or delivery may be delayed. . In this case and unfortunately, we can only transmit to our clients the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships with the carrier's tracking number and your invoice. We have taken your comments into account and have sent them to the corresponding department in order to continually improve and take measures to also improve the quality of our services.
