Verified reviewThe knives came from France in less than a week which astonished me since I was concerned about ordering them between Christmas and New Years during Omicron. What more could I ask for?

Verified reviewThe site was good but I had to p[ay £170 TAX for my Knives to be released by the courier company. I think you should know that was going to happen which made the knives too expensive and I wouldnt have bought them. I understand this is possibly a Brexit issue but it made 3 very expensive knives. As you can see by my records I have bought a lot of knives from you for my friends and family on big birthdays and special occasions.
Reply from Couteau-laguiole.com
Since Brexit, products entering the United Kingdom have an import tax. This tax is to be paid for products that are not in the European Union. It is possible to refuse to pay this tax. In this case the delivery is canceled and the package returns to France. We are very sorry for this tax which you did not anticipate.
