I was new at buying cross border not delivered through a UK store so was somewhat confused by the courier customs charge. BuyLeatherOnline responded to feedback and made it even clearer on their website (it was always there just slightly unclear if you like me didn't know what you were doing). Got to give them credit for fast and active responses. Stuff goes wrong that's life, it's how you respond that shows your worth and BuyLeatherOnline did everything right with their responses. Good customer service. Would use this company again.
