Verified reviewNice leather, but it took a month to deliver. Some of that was because of August holidays, but most of the delay was by UPS in Ireland. It was difficult to make arrangements with UPS. Terrible app, terrible service.

Verified reviewI purchased the black suede leather. The quality is good, however upon ordering i paid shipping. I had to pay an additional shipping to dhl in the amount of 24 dollars. This is very wrong and misleading in my opinion.

Please note that, due to the latest U.S. import policies, all shipments from Europe to the United States are subject to a mandatory 15% import duty, regardless of the order amount or product type. This policy has been in force since August 2025 and is clearly highlighted on: • Our website shipping page (see screenshot attached below), https://buyleatheronline.com/en/content/5-payments-shipping • At order confirmation message dedicated to our U.S. customers. The import duty is not charged by BuyLeatherOnline, but directly by the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) on behalf of U.S. Customs during the clearance process. This is why you may receive a separate invoice or request for payment from the courier, as in your case. Verified reviewThe problem was eventually solved, but it was after countless email reminders, and on the edge of losing my mind about how they handled the logistics -- stubborn, non-flexible, no sense of urgency after I told them so many times I was about to leave for a few months. They do handle problematic cases fairly, but the efficiency and flexibility will make you headache. And the size of some of their hides(especially the cheaper ones) I would still be skeptical. If you don't mind all of those, they do have some good quality/price hides, and the free skiving service is convinent.
