Hello thank you for your feedback I would like to reassure you that all our hides are sold with an average size and they have a 20% size tolerance, which means that some pieces may be slightly larger and others slightly smaller than the average size shown on the website. This is normal and depends on the natural shape of the leather. We usually try to compensate big skins with smaller ones https://buyleatheronline.com/en/content/1-frequently-asked-questions-faq That said, if you feel that the piece you received is smaller than the minimum tolerance, we would be happy to verify it for you.
