Verified reviewI purchased 2 hides. Both were beautiful products, but one, a suede, had had tape on the flesh side that left a large area of residue. When I mentioned this to customer service and provided pictures, they immediately offered to send a new hide, or provide a voucher for the price of the hide. While I would have preferred the leather to not have any issues, mistakes happen, and I couldn't have asked for better handling of the issue.

In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such a demonstratively rude and dismissive attitude toward a customer — especially when it comes to an item priced at around €300. The packaging deserves special mention. The product was literally thrown into a used diaper box, roughly wrapped with tape, then placed inside a blue plastic bag and tightly wrapped with electrical tape. This did not look careless — it looked openly disrespectful. There was absolutely no sense of care, professionalism, or basic customer service standards. It genuinely felt like the customer was an inconvenience rather than someone paying a significant amount of money. This kind of “service” is a perfect incentive to never order from this company again. I do not recommend this seller to anyone. If you want to ruin your mood and experience what complete disregard for customers looks like, feel free to order a crocodile from this website.
