Verified reviewI put in quite a large order and the TR55 Top Case has never arrived. Speaking to customer service is like speaking to a hole in the head - automated at best and generic responses that don't even refer to the order you are needing assistance with. The absolute WORST!

Verified reviewWhen I inquired about my order, customer service flat out line and told me the order had shipped. In fact, it didn’t ship until several days later. It took about a month for the package to arrive. I will sum it up into two words “never again”.

Verified reviewPlastic fairings are poorly finished . Lots of rough edges around the cutouts . Some ripples in the headlight fairing and cannot get the lights to fit flush . Generally all the plastic look cheaply produced but would cost me a fair bit to return so have past them over to a body shop to see if they can do anything which is a expense I tried to avoid by buying new one in the 1st place . Hoped this was a one stop shop that I could use again but don’t think I will . Throttle cable came as just the 1st half (not complete length to carb) fan cover I’ve not used as it really looks cheaps . Reeds, intake and belt are spares so cannot comment on these
