Most importantly, the rack i ordered arrived in Australia as described, and fit my bike perfectly. Brixia explained the shipping process well and kept a realistic expectation about the timeline. Very happy with this purchase!

The order took over a month, and I still haven't received all the parts. This is unacceptable service. I will probably never order anything from you again.
