Review Summary

Brixiamoto is often described as easy to deal with, with quick delivery, good communication and prices that make customers glad they ordered. A few reviews also mention problems, including slow replies, a defective part, the wrong windshield and packaging that could be better.

Customers also mention purchases arriving in good condition, sometimes with secure packaging, and orders reaching destinations such as Poland, Greece and Kazakhstan. Several buyers say the ordering process was smooth and service stayed professional from start to finish. Others mention a good selection of shock absorbers, motorcycle parts and accessories, with some repeat orders and clear satisfaction.

Really bad customer support and RMA handling. The part came defective and they expect me to pay for the return shipping with no refund on the shipping. Their RMA site doesn’t work properly so it’s impossible for me to upload the photos they are requesting. Makes me questioning the possibility to even get a refund or replacement part. Very shady.

They don't respond to messages for several days, and when they do, they make up some excuse not to give a real answer.
