The shipping was delayed and delivery time is not identical to what mentioned on the website. It took over 2 weeks to receive this order. Also I did not like the quality of the helmet, inner padding are not removable and not compatible with any communication system installation.

I have tried to contact this firm on 16 occasions by email and 4 or 5 times by phone the phone numbers don’t work and I have had no reply, all I want to do is exchange the item, I have started a complaint through PayPal. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Really disapointed to received my order spent more than a month. Difficult to communicate with the CS , i had sent email no one response and tried several time by call same result.Lucky i have friend in Italia and instructed him to ask direct and the answer is because one of the item out of stock caused all the order pending to send. After reading some other reviews I was a little apprehensive about using this service, however I am so delighted that I did. My order took 3 days to arrive from Germany. I received tracking details on the day of dispatch and regular updates to say where it was at all times. When I purchased the Item VAT was not charged from the website. This is paid later in the form of an import tax to DHL. You pay this in order for it to be released from customs. The whole process from order to delivery was excellent. I will definitely buy from BMW.Euroupe-moto.com again! I have installed the headset and it works perfectly.
