Verified reviewI purchased a Grey seat but was shipped a Black Seat. bmw.europe-moto initially claimed that this was not an error, but that BMW had changed the part numbers. Having claimed a refund from Paypal they are now asking me to return the item I have, after which they say that they will send the correct item. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Communication is not good.
