Ordered brake pads for a trip abroad 2 weeks before leaving home. The site give me a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. 2 days later I get an email telling me of a delay due to a large number of orders to be processed. As a result I had to get brake pads from Irish dealer. My ordered arrived 3 days after I had left for my trip. Not much good to me. Very disappointed as I would not have ordered from site if the delivery time given at order was not misleading

They do not respect delivery time at all. About a month to receive an order that was supposed on stock and ready to be sent. The order was posted only when I asked to cancel it. If you want something in a decent time frame do not buy from them. The only good side is the fact they have good pricing and inventory but in my case it did not worth the stress.

I asked to cancel my order as your company were still waiting for the item to come into stock. I was told i couldn't cancel my order and would have to send it back once it had arrived at my address. I have since returned the item costing me an extra £135 in tax revenue and postage. Not impressed.
