Everything arrived well but I had a lot of difficulty connecting my motorcycle's original key with the codeable locks. It's not a job for amateurs and I really missed a better explanatory leaflet. Luckily I got it and it's working

No communicational skills, just a blank no to everything and not there problem attitude. No way of communicating via phone as they never answer and the worst is 3 to 5 day del on website and in reality it took 14 days and to top it of DHL charged a import duty tax £152 extra . Very disappointed and will not recommended it purchase again.

Customer service is poor. As international online brand, you must have good customer service who can respond to our inquiry immediately. An email send to you normally reply in 2-3 days time if you are lucky. Otherwise there is no reply at all.
