I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewAs a BMW owner in the USA, this is by far the best source of parts and equipment I have found. Don't be put off by the fact that Europe Moto is on the other side of the Atlantic. Shipping only takes a few days more than stateside and the cost is very reasonable.

Verified reviewI like the service and the quality of the materials. I'd ask though that shipping costs be reduced. Many online retailers offer free shipping when an order reaches a certain threshold. As I live in Singapore, the cost of shipping makes it difficult to justify buying more products. If shipping were included, I'd be inclined to purchase more.
