I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewGreat trousers, feel amazing and fit great well Sine BMW for having a great ladies trousers. Sizing chart is true to just follow their measurements provided online and you’ll find a pair that fit. Good communication with BMW through out on postal. Don’t forget about duty charges if in the uk. Still cheaper to buy from France with Duty added though.

Verified reviewEverything is for 5 except for the delivery. The delivery is very slow, the worst of all deliveries. I did not receive it at the agreed place, and the package did not leave until two weeks after purchase. Very slow.
