Verified reviewThe site offers the shipment by UPS to my country. The problem that they charge very high fee to release the items from customs. Eventually, I had to pay about 10eur tax. For that I paid 40 eur the realese fee to UPS. The total items value was 68 eur. So, for me I paid twice the price

Verified reviewVery good service. I prefer to purchase like this rather than my local dealer. Same price but I can browse during the evenings and see what I might like next whereas at the dealers I’m only there to get my bike serviced and already dreading how much it’s going to cost and they only seem to have a few items, mainly clothing.

Verified reviewOne star is too generous for this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. My advice: avoid them at all costs—their aftercare service is a joke. The order was placed and dispatched quickly, but when it arrived, it was unsuitable. I immediately contacted the company to arrange either a replacement or a return, and it took over a week to get a response from a manager who thankfully arranged the return quickly. The item was returned right away, but then there was no contact regarding a refund. After reaching out again, I was told they needed a working week to process the return and refund. I waited the stated time, but still no refund, so I contacted them once more, only to be told it was still being processed because they had a lot of returns. How hard is it to check an item and process a refund? Their description of service boasts about customer satisfaction, but judging by Trustpilot reviews, most customers aren’t satisfied. Poor communication and processing times seem to be ignored. Is management to blame? For such a premier brand, I’m surprised BMW hasn’t taken action. If I were involved in this company, I’d be ashamed.
