The product I received was not the one shown in the webshop photo, the response to my complaint was slow and did not provide a satisfactory solution, and the return code I was given turned out to be invalid. At this point, I still do not know whether I will actually receive the product I originally wanted to purchase or what the final resolution will be.

I order my husband boots for his birthday and didn’t realise they were motorrad France got hit with an import tax of £60 . They were the wrong style of boots and asked for a return and was told I would need to pay this myself which was to cost £24 postage and another £82.60 import tax . I am now trying to dispute this with the company as don’t now why I can’t take these to a bmw motorrad in Scotland even for a exchange

Verified reviewFast delivery. Part feet perfectly. The only pity is that my part (gears shift pedal) is being sold without fixing piece and it seems like I also wouldn't be able to buy it apart. Lucky I could use my old one, from my broken lever.
