Verified reviewI have been ordering from BikeInn since 2018 and from SnowInn since 2014. I’ve never had an issue with the ordering process or deliveries, and being a UK customer, they have somehow made the transition after the UK left the EU seamless (many other EU companies I previously used have stopped shipping to the UK). Pricing always competitive on new items, and on discontinued items they often have new old stock that no one else holds (and not just in extreme sizes). Recommended.

Verified reviewThis would be a great bicycle computer if it worked reliably. It has all the features that the average cyclists needs. The navigation function is pretty good given the low price of the unit and downloading routes to the unit is fairly straightforward. Battery life is amazing, even with the screen on. The problem is it is unreliable and customer support is terrible. I have had two of these devices and both freeze randomly and have to be reset mid-ride. To make matters worse, customer support has been less than helpful. As an example they asked to provide a video of the problem as it occurred!!! Not only would this be dangerous as I would be trying to video while riding, it is also completely impractical as there is no way of knowing when the device is going to malfunction. They also asked me to send them diagnostic files from the device but they were rejected by my email provider. When I uploaded them to my icloud drive they said they couldn’t access icloud even though it is publicly accessible. I have now uploaded to Google Drive and I’m waiting for another excuse. Save yourself the frustration and try one of the many other low cost bicycle computers.

Verified reviewThe order got delayed 2 weeks. While they offer the option to add items to the order, you can only add one item at a time and after adding an item, you can't add more items for a day or so for some reason. Most frustrating thing was that they billed my credit card twice for an item I added. The "AI" customer service did not understand the issue and kept giving the same automated reply over and over again. Even after I was contacted regarding a ticket for the double billing, the customer service personnel sent a totally off topic reply saying I need to wait more for my order to arrive and nothing about the double billing on my credit card. This happened multiple times and only after over 5 attempts, I was able to get a explanation about what was going on. Through all of this, I couldn't even check the status of my order from their mobile webpage. You need to download an app to check order history. I don't want to download apps for every single online shopping service I use. The app looks exactly like the mobile webpage except that they let you access some basic functions that they blocked on the mobile website. Never ordering from Tradeinn again.
