Verified reviewSent wrong item. Only contact was via a virtual assistant that says, sorry seems to have been a mix up. No physical contact and got to now go all through the agro of return for a refund. Purchased a replacement item from Amazon which arrived next day. Wont be using again, delivery too far too long and then this hassle.

Verified reviewReally slow delivery, had to create an account to track my order. Arrived later than advised and email notifications were from a different company name. Unfortunately won't be using again.

Verified reviewGood price, abysmal delivery, received message to collect goods from carriers,no indication where to pick up from or why since paid for delivery to home address, arrived few days later by parcel force,I have no idea how long it would take if goods needed to be returned, will think twice about ordering from them again, better to pay a little bit more for better delivery service.

Verified reviewThe order took longer to arrive than stated and the delivery company didn’t follow the redirection instructions therefore the order was left outside the wrong address. Such a valuable item should never be left outside a property in plain view

Verified reviewExcellent price and service from Bikienn, cannot fault them, pity they were let down by Royal Mail which took longer to deliver it to my home 609 miles from where parcel landed in UK than couriers took to transport it 1600 miles from Spain to Heathrow. They then posted that the parcel would be delivered Friday, and it wasn’t delivered until Saturday and stayed in Chelmsford sorting office for nearly 2 days. However, pleased with service from BikeInn.
