Verified reviewI bought a cycling jacket order 71975691. Ordered size L but what arrived is so big and baggy it is more like an XL. Return is 14€. So much for a return. Support was not helpful either. I expected this to be returned free of charge.

Verified reviewThe Rapha mits were substituted with a used pair of inferior quality, they also look like they have been well used. Strangely the mits arrived in Rapha brand packaging. It seems like a fraud has been committed, very worrying and I will be reluctant to buy anything online from this company in the future.

Verified reviewMost often the prices are good but it can take several days to handle the order before it's shipped. Where others deliver in 3-4 days, Bikeinn takes atlest 1 or 2 weeks. Beware of the cost if you have to do a return.

Verified reviewThe shipments take quite some time, but I can live with that considering that the prices are very competitive. Also, I bought a bicycle pump that broke after a month or so and they handled that really well. I opened a ticket, explained what was wrong and uploaded some pictures. A few days later I got my money back without even having to return the pump. Yes, the customer service is handled by an AI bit but that's normal nowadays and their AI is far better than most of the similar bots I've had to deal with.
