Verified reviewI am very frustrated with Bikeinn. I bought a bicycle with home delivery, but then the carrier notified me of a pickup point. I contacted Bikeinn twice, but they did nothing about it. We spoke to the carrier's customer service, and they said Bikeinn had booked delivery to a parcel pickup point right from the start, which is why no home delivery will happen. Bikeinn is unreliable, and it is frustrating that I had to paid for home delivery for no reason

I did contacted the customer service. They now confess that this does happens frequently. Customer service blame the forwarder, but the forwarder says Bikeinn by purpose choose the cheapest delivery options that does not give home delivery. Customer pays for home delivery but not gets it. I can get 5% off from next order, thanks but there will be no more order for me.

Verified reviewbikeINN was the only place I could get the Ursus adaptor I needed for my Ursus kickstand without paying a ridiculous price for postage. Arrived quickly. Only downer was the excess package, a small box wrapped up in a massive box inside a plastic bag.

Verified reviewI ordered 4 tyres 15th September and a delivery date of 24th was provided. On the 23rd of September 2 tyres left outside my front door whilst nobody was in. They were still there when I returned home from work. I immediately sent a message to report that only 2 tyres had been delivered and was told I’d just have to wait. The app shows the order is completed and I have been asked to leave a review meaning you think the order is completed, yet I still only have 2 tyres. The trip I was supposed to be taking this weekend with 2 bikes now can’t happen and I still have no idea if or when you intend to deliver my tyres.
