Verified reviewIt's a ok shop but could be better. A lot of orders are on hold because of no stock supply. When ordering it seems available, but after a few days Products get the status delayed. This will take several weeks. For example ordered on the 9th and is still not available.

Contacting your customer service doesn't speed up the delivery. You missed out around 2000 Euro from my side, because I stopped ordering and moved to Allegro for my orders. I have still 2 orders pending at your shop. One is somewhere in DPD hands and the other has again a delayed item. It's a simple rimtape of 21mm and the order gets delayed for weeks. Sorry but I just wait till the last orders are finally getting delivered and have a nice day.

Verified reviewI always make shop at Bike Inn, but the purchase 72477725 was a shame. I bought a specialized selim romin and received another product, definitely false and from other brand. When I bought I was traveling trough Europe and now I am in Brazil, my home. I want to send back the purchase but Bike Inn is obliging me to pay all courrier expenses, that costs much more than the false selim. I sent photos and everything that is possible as a costumer.

Verified reviewOut of the four orders I placed with this webshop, only one arrived on time and without any issues. Two were significantly delayed with very unclear delivery details, and the latest one is now almost more than 20 days late with no end in sight. The customer service is virtually non-existent—after multiple attempts, I still haven't managed to get in touch with a real person. Even with their low prices, it's just not worth it.

Nu eerst betaling op pauze gezet tot dat ik reactie heb. Heb foto’s toegevoegd van de kapotte zijwielen van de fiets: hoor graag. Misschien gaat het via hier sneller
