Verified reviewAVOID!!!! It’s been over three months and I’ve still not received my item. I’ve contacted customer support a number of times and they keep telling me to contact the delivery firm as they can help. I’ve not been able to resolve this problem and I would advise anyone shopping with this company to be careful. The customer service is dreadful!

I’ve given up with this company. I won’t be using them again.they are refusing to take responsibility. It’s been signed for by god knows who and the signature is a pathetic squiggly line. They’ve made no attempt to sign it as me I can even send my driving licence to compare it to.

As a copy of your claim to Royal Mail was not provided to us within the mentioned deadline, the claim is directly refused by the shipping company at our end and the "loss" not being confirmed, is not covered by the insurance. Verified reviewEasy to find the item at the website, easy to navigate through the purchase process. The size table matched perfect if you use the one from Helly Hansen. The sizes are a little big so there is room for clothes under it. I bought with DHL 2 days delivery but they didn’t match that, it got halted halfway and arrived after another two days.
