Verified reviewThe item is advertised with a strap but when I opened the order it contained only the bracket without the strap also can you please advise if this is a shipping settle as the item is useless without a strap.

Verified reviewI received the fishing rod with the first piece broken [the thin one]. The packaging for this type of rod was very bad and completely unsafe. In order to return it and wait a month to receive it again, I would prefer to repair it at the Shimano representative office in Greece. I am very dissatisfied and sorry with you with the packaging on this type of items and from my previous purchases with fishing rods that came with the same risk of being damaged in transit.
