Verified reviewDespite every effort to book a twin room, after booking I was told that availability would only be confirmed on the day at check in, subject to availability. I found Voyage Privé response very patronising and unhelpful, calling it a ‘minor’ issue. Why would I want to pay hundreds of pounds for the privilege of sharing a bed with my mother. A refund was impossible only a credit minus £35 fee, shocking! Won’t be using again!
