Verified reviewThis will be my first booking and so far booking process has been great, easy to navigate and good communication. I’m looking forward to it and I will be reviewing . My conservative score is based on not having completed the experience.

Verified reviewI made two bookings: one through the website which was easy and trouble free and the second through the helpline as I had a query. The member of staff was helpful and efficient and the experience was excellent.

Verified reviewNormally I find Voage Prive excellent but the most important thing is you can lease with someone and not a AI person which is becoming increasingly common, if that happens we dont deal with the site anymore. On this occasion Voyage never told us there was a deposit which is not returned until you leave. This was not the hotel, they said Voyage was aware of this. But aside from that everything was excellent. The hotel was great and the team at Voyage did lease with us. They always do even when we were in Rome.
