Hotels fantastic, value for money good, booking hotel okay, getting in contact with yourselves when something goes wrong, absolutely impossible! I think it’s a wonderful travel agent, but customer service is dreadful. I left messages in various forms and texts and chats over two days, but no one contacted me. The guy who eventually contacted me was really good and very helpful. If you want to impress the costumer please increase your staffing levels especially with answering the phone. Great company, but under staffed.
