The experience at Vertu Land Rover Leeds was good because I was listened to and made to feel important; knowing just how busy a dealership of that size is, was a phenomenal achievement. Joshua Masuari and his line manager, Tom and Tahir Farooq, were polite and professional and offered incredible service at every touchpoint. I can't fault them. Joshua was my first contact and the constant to the end of the process; patient, supportive and never pushy, he was a credit to the team.
