Verified reviewI had a pleasant experience and Nicola was very patient with me. Had never used Macklin before this purchase. Transaction was easy enough to do, no hard sell and no pressure when i advised i wanted to think about it. Paperwork was easy to complete, and they did their best to get me a good deal. Only one issue, i never received the follow up call to make sure everything was okay, which was disappointing, and also i had noticed a crack on windscreen after collecting, which is my own fault for not phoning right away, but thought i would bring it to their attention at follow up call. Have used Autoglass who advised windscreen will eventually need replaced if repair does not hold. So a bit disappointed that I had not noticed and it was not pointed out to me. Learnt my lesson and will be more vigilant in future.

I was reassured by John who sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in. This was in conjuction with a very informative phone call where he answered all my questions and then some. The call with John, along with the back story of the car is what secured the sale for me. On the day of collection, the car was personalised for me with a welcome. In addition, the other staff were very friendly and helpful too. Overall a great experience from start to finish and highly recommended.
