Katie was very knowledgeable and was happy to spend the time helping me with the decisions and choices available. This was in contrast to the "sales patter" received from other large car dealers that I'd been to, who seemed more interested in selling up, or didn't even listen to my needs and just tried to sell me what they wanted. Bristol Street Birmingham had a great choice of used cars on-site and a huge choice of used cars across their group, so I was able to find what I wanted. I checked out a few of the cars on-site and was happy to buy, based on my needs and the sales support received. I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors for their fair and friendly approach. It felt like they were really helping me, rather than just selling to me.
