Despite some initial teething problems, the overall experience I had, the standard of customer care etc has been a positive one. I highly recommend Ryan as a sales person, he's very reliable, approachable and more importantly, does return phone calls and kept me updated with progress.

This was a very enjoyable experience and I was very impressed by the standard of all the cars at the dealership as well as the one I bought which was immaculate inside and out. The standard of service I received was excellent and I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times. I was able to fully test drive the car and ensure it met my needs. Transport was arranged for me to and from the dealership as I was travelling to collect the car and this was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in buying from the dealership again in the future and would recommend Lewis as Senior Sales Advisor to anyone wishing to make enquiries.

I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Shirley because Mike Chiyangwa was very attentive and listened to our requirements. We didn't intend to make a purchase on the day of the visit but ended up buying anyway. He was really helpful and listened to our concerns, sourcing a car appropriate to our needs. He has dealt with any minor hiccups (not his fault) extremely efficiently and has made sure that we have been kept informed throughout the process. We would be very happy to buy from him again in the future and would thoroughly recommend him to friends and family.
