Verified reviewMy experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford West Bromwich was memorable because as i purchased my vehicle a technical issue with the heater/aircon was recognised, this was recognised, agreed to fix and fixed within a week of purchasing the car with the support of the dealership, while i would state that the issue should have been recognised, as soon as it was the entire BSM team were swift to rectify the issue and get it fixed under their care and via external bodies when this wasn't possible. excellent customer service

Salesman Jan and Dealership Manager Chris were both incredibly helpful, professional, approachable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles they offer. We had a super quick turn-around and they were flexible with their time/collection times. Couldn't fault them in the slightest. Have been going to Bristol Street Renault Derby for almost 6 years (and had many cars from them in that time, at this point it's a running joke) and they have been bang-on every time. Top notch
