Verified reviewI was happy with the service at Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby because from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by welcoming staff who treated me very kindly and could not do enough for me. Furthermore, the staff were knowledgeable about all the cars, which made me feel very confident when buying my car, as they knew everything about it, including the car's history and any work that was done on it. The test drive was extensive, and allowed me to fully test and experience the car.

When buying cars in the past I have felt patronised and pressured, at no point was this my experience at Virtu Honda Newcastle. John was able to really listen to what I needed and wanted and match me with exactly the right car, quickly and within my budget. There is a lot to learn and take in so I returned to the showroom a week after purchase for a top-up driving lesson, John generously gave me unlimited time and expertise until I was fully confident in driving my new car.
