Very satisfactory nothing was too much trouble the sales person catered for all my needs he didn't try to sell me anything other than the type of car I asked for. He searched other branches and found the exact car .There was no pressure selling which I liked very much unlike another Ford dealer who tried to persuade me to buy anything to make a sale

From the start of entering the site we met Adnan Ahmed who listened to what we required and found us a Vauxhall Mokka the right year and price who could not have been more helpful and made our purchase an enjoyable experience, he has also been more than happy to answer any queries since our purchase. Huge thanks to Kyle Manning at Bristol Street Vauxhall Northampton for making the entire experience of buying a car stress free and painless. I had a very bad experience with cinch and Kyle knew that I was nervous so he was extremely attentive to my needs and accommodating. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable.
