Verified reviewVery well looked after throughout, Thomas Fox is a credit to the dealership. Everything was thoroughly explained but with no hard sell, any question I had was answered with patience. I was then assured by Thomas and two branch managers that I could return in person or call if I had any further questions. Not a case of "now we have your money we're finished with you" but a case of good old fashioned customer service.

Verified reviewI'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Lincoln because we had previously used Vertu Honda for our last cars service, the previous year and they had been fantastic then. So when we saw the car we'd had in mind for months come up for sale, we headed straight over expecting the same fantastic customer service, and we were not disappointed. Austin came over to help right away and answered all our questions thoroughly. He allowed us to have a very long test drive, all at our own pace. Once we agreed to go ahead on the car, he guided us through every step of the process smoothly, with professionalism and not missing any detail. The telephone and email correspondence in-between waiting to pick up our new car was faultless, and our children particularly liked the video Austin created showing us around the car, kept the excitement up for all of us! Short review from them 'they liked how friendly and smiley Austin was' The afterservice once we collected the car was brilliant too. We've always bought our cars from dealerships, and this is the first positive experience we've had from test driving through to driving away!! 10/10 service and the coffee is better than Costa!
