Vertu Loughborough Toyota were extremely helpful and friendly. Every member of staff were very attentive and made sure we were looked after. Hannah who was the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris at the dealership was one of the best people in the place. He made us laugh and was so friendly. Big thanks to Dan as well for looking after the figures. Without him the sale wouldn't have happened. Everyone involved in the team is amazing and I can't thank you all enough for your customer service. 10 out of 10 but if I could give more I would.

I would recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Kings Norton to friends and family because the service is great and very quick to get my queries sorted. They got the car I wanted delivered to a dealership without any hassle. The whole process took about a week. There was also an issue with the car so they got it fixed before letting me pick it up. They also put extra petrol in for any inconvenience it might have caused me.
