Verified reviewThe experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Birmingham was great because the salesman Mark Selby was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything they could offer including finance, extended warranty and extra cover as well as their servicing and MOT plan. He wasn't pushy with any of it he just gave me all the information and answered my questions and let me decide what I needed and what I didn't. Mark is a credit to the company and was a pleasure to deal with especially as this is the first car I have purchased and I had a lot of questions for him! He made sure to follow up with me after the sale and make sure I was happy with the car and that everything was running smoothly which it was. Very happy I went to Bristol Street Motors Ford and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
