Verified reviewThe experience at Vertu Toyota Loughborough was fantastic because the sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the test drive was the longest I have been on, there was no pressure to make quick decisions, I received an extremely good trade in price for my vehicle and everything was explained well at every step of the process. I cannot fault Eloise (sales person) who was open and honest throughout. The final exchange and payment went smoothly with a lovely 'reveal' of my new purchased vehicle. It was also lovely that we met the Managers of the site each time we visited. I am very impressed with my new car and I cannot recommend the staff highly enough at Vertu Toyota.
