There was a wide range of quality cars to look at and choose from and we were given all relevant information about the cars we asked about, to enable us to choose a car that fully met our own personal, social and economic needs within the financial budget we had available. For us though, the "Personal touch" and reassurance given by the Sales Executive Ed Golightly was the defining factor on making our car purchase, as we felt confident that we were getting the best deal and best car that we were looking for and that met our personal needs. Honesty, Integrity, Fairness and Friendly are the words I think of when describing our experience in dealing with Ed at Bristol Street Motors, Peterlee Hyundai. In fact, IF ever there was such a thing as an "Honest" Car Salesman........then Ed's your Man :) ...Just joking, he was Brilliant...thanks Ed. ...p.s. ...less milk in the coffee next time :)
