Verified reviewWhen I entered Bristol Street motors I was greeted by Shaun who was very friendly and was asking what I was looking for at the dealership gave me some good things to think about he then passed me over to Mark who sorted me out with a brilliant mokka e. I went in looking to maybe walk out with a newer diesel car but after Mark pointed out the clear benefits from switching to electric it would have been silly of me to not switch and I'm glad I did! Mark was very welcoming and knowledgeable he helped me out alot with the switch as I'd never drove an automatic or electric so he gave me a chance to get used to the car before we made a deal, other things such as what apps to use to find charge points have been a really big help! Highly recommend coming here for your next car!

Verified reviewSalesman, Leon, took time to understand what I wanted and guided me through the whole process. I felt under no pressure to buy from this dealership, but was impressed by their level of service. It was a big purchase for me, but Leon explained everything clearly. I had bought my previous car from another Bristol Street dealership in the past and was pleased to see their standards were still as high at the Hartlepool one.
