Verified reviewBeing a driver of another brand since 1999, you build relationships with dealers and people. When that dealership lets you down, you need to vote with your feet and not buy from that dealership again. This is where I found myself in early 2024. I have an excellent relationship with Vertu Grantham Motorcycle department having purchased two motorcycles from them in the last year and as a result I thought I might have a look at what cars the Honda brand could offer me. I wandered around on the forecourt looking at different models and out came the dreaded salesman! What was there to dread? I found the salesman Max, to be professional and extremely helpful. He asked all the right questions without being pushy or demanding. His knowledge of the cars on offer was excellent. It was a pleasurable experience being able to ask all the questions I had about not only a new brand, also a new style of Hybrid engine. I have interacted with Jim, Jamie, Adam, Maria, Bea in the motorcycle department and Lauren, Will and Beth whilst conducting my research, making a decision and proceeding with the car purchase. I have found all interactions to have been of the highest professional standard. There was a genuine feeling of a well run, customer focussed, friendly dealership whilst conducting business here. It was honestly, a real pleasure to buy a car from Vertu Grantham.

Verified reviewI'd endorse Bristol Street Motors Ford Kings Norton because the whole experience was outstanding. We dealt with Patrick Connelly and he was amazing! He knew exactly what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble and no question was too much trouble either. He had an amazing rapport with us on first meeting and gave us all his time and attention. He has called me back when I asked and called since picking up the car to see if all was OK. There was a few little chips on the paintwork, these were noticed on choosing the vehicle, they were promised to be fixed and these have been rectified as promised. I couldn't recommend this dealership and particularly Patrick highly enough!
