Verified reviewI'd definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby because throughout the whole experience we were treated really well, the staff were great, they explained everything, gave us options, were very friendly, never pushy, were honest about their experiences and had great knowledge. Their customer service throughout was very good including giving us a personalised video tour of the car before we drove a long way to view it. They took care of everything regarding the sale of our old car, transfer of ownership, taxing the new vehicle etc etc and it was all very smooth. Thank you to Rachel and Martin for a great service.

I knew the car I was interested in and was met at the dealership by Holly Brennan who showed me the car and accompanied me on a test drive. Holly explained the options and finance available in the right level of detail and allowed me the time to decide on how I wanted to proceed. The car is every bit a good as I hoped it would be and believe it represented excellent value for money.
